What Is The Institute For Self Esteem & Evaluation (ISEE), Inc.?

ISEE, Inc. is positive, assertive, active, outspoken, engaging, uneasy, challenging, edgy, confrontational, upsetting, demanding, uncomfortable, risky, outside the box, nurturing, loving and unreasonable.

At the root of ISEE is an unreasonable idea to teach, train, coach and develop self-esteem success, self-awareness, positive behavior and a successful life style to the adults and children in urban-America.

Our unreasonable ideas are usually met with rejection, disbelief and resistance.

This world of resistance to unreasonable ideas must be converted to a source of empowerment to think beyond the nine dots and to fuel the courage to leap forward, beyond the odds.

Unreasonable thinking is the cornerstone that has established ISEE as a culture that is willing to think beyond reason and moreover, commit to action consistent with sometimes - unpopular ideals.

Businesses, local governments, schools, organizations, families and individuals can transform and exponentially increase their results by fostering an environment of thinking beyond reason.

This visionary view of "how it can be," must become the adopted norm replacing the cemented in resistance that supports "how it is."

ISEE is outside the box in wanting to enroll women & men’s groups, organizations, schools, businesses and families into something much bigger and often quite different from itself.

The urban culture must become positive, fluid and well beyond its negative constraints.
